The annual increase in our sales and financial results has been 30% for 4 years.  The number of employees is growing constantly.

In our 2010 outlook, we are confident that these growth trends will continue:  organic growth, external growth, expansion of our offering and the strengthening of our presence in France and overseas.

 

ARTESYS in Figures

  • 2000: ARTESYS founded
  • 2004: Acquisition of Osiex, company rich in expertise in IT systems management
  • 2008:  Caisse des Dépôts, through its subsidiary Qualium Investment, takes a 33% share in ARTESYS
  • 2009: Acquisition of Naviline, a company specialized in service management
  • 2011: ARTESYS joins Capgemini Group as a subsidiary, in Capgemini's global service line, Infrastructure Transformation Services (ITS)
