Ownership
ARTESYS is owned partly by its directors and partly by the Caisse des Dépôts et Consignations (CDC), through its subsidiary Qualium Investissement.
The arrival of CDC in 2008 allowed the company to accelerate its growth significantly and to ensure its sustainability through a first class equity scheme.
In 2011, ARTESYS joins Capgemini Group as a subsidiary, in Capgemini's global service line, Infrastructure Transformation Services (ITS), which aims to help both private and public organizations draw full benefit from cloud computing while streamlining their costs.
ARTESYS will contribute to Capgemini's new ambition in the infrastructure services area in France. ARTESYS provides its skills and expertise which allow to cover the entire infrastructure lifecycle, from conception to implementation, including the adoption of various cloud computing models.

The publishers and manufacturers with whom we maintain privileged relationships include : BMC Software, HP Software, EMC², CA, CISCO Systems, along with numerous other publishers and manufacturers.
To complement these partnerships, we keep a vigilant watch on the technology landscape which helps us to develop architectures and try out innovative new technologies. Coupled with standard software suites, this enriches the overall functionality of the integrated solutions we design and provides a way to meet the needs of our clients even more closely.
