The ARTESYS approach – the integration of hardware and software solutions – takes on every aspect of business in the enterprise:  it covers all stages of the implementation of a project:

1. Design
   As both architect and consultant, we are able to monitor IT operations, support project managers in the early planning stages and design new architectures.
2. Building
   The phase of assembling, adjusting and testing the component hardware and software is the precursor to the operational implementation of the solution in the client environment.
3. Training
   We take particular care in ensuring the adoption of solutions by our clients’ teams,  by means of training sessions, tutoring and helping clients to secure tangible results.
4. Maintenance and support
   After an IT system is rolled out, we always play a part in operational maintenance, by means of support contracts in co-operation with hardware manufacturers and software publishers. The level of service offered can range from a simple single help desk to more sophisticated outsourced third party maintenance solutions (TMS).
