This remuneration policy is based on:

  • analysis of salaries in the sector and the planning of remuneration levels accordingly.
  • salary increases based on merit, approved by a broader management committee.
  • profit share scheme since 2008.

Recommendations

This method of recruitment is common at ARTESYS, ` more than two thirds of hires have come via recommendations.  A fee is received by the employee who recommended the recruit, at the end of the trial period.
