Apprenticeship and Training Policy

 Since 2003 we have been a certified training centre (CFA) partner of further education institutions, offering annual and multi-annual courses.

Presence and Partnership: Colleges and Universities

We have signed partnerships with:

• The ITIN- Paris VI Jussieu (degrees, masters)
• Le Conservatoire National des Arts et Métiers de Paris (degrees),
• L’Université de Technologie de Troyes (masters),
• L'Université Paris-Dauphine (MIAGE).

We also participate in open days with these institutions to recruit young graduates.

Senior consultants, in a tutoring role, support the apprentices and trainees in their work and in the preparation of written materials.

Personalised Support

These apprentices and trainees work in the following areas:

• monitoring new technologies (“technology watch”).
• evaluation of software solutions.
• models and proofs of concept.
• preparatory work on fixed price projects.

 At the end of their training period, after the completion of the syllabus, the trainees are organically integrated into different departments in the organisation. They are now fully operational and up to speed with our business and the challenges of IT systems.
