Training and Certification

Our consultants participate regularly in seminars and at international symposiums organised by our software partners.

These expert communities exchange ideas about the introduction of new technologies, new versions and on their own experiences.

They regularly follow training courses via:

• webinars with our software partners
• Internal training courses
• inter-company training on specific subjects
• regular training sessions delivered by the technical heads of software publishers as part of our partnership agreements.

Internal Training

Education and the sharing of knowledge are encouraged both within and between departments.  Training courses are regularly conducted by experts to reinforce general expertise or to overcome a lack of availability in the training centres of our software partners.  These training courses are delivered by our training consultants, certified by our partners BMC Software, HP Software, EMC², CISCO…

The road to Certification

We make it easier for employees to secure certifications from software partners by allowing them to spend adequate time in preparation, alone or in a group.  Training and certification courses are also scheduled regularly to allow consultants to succeed with their certification.
